  10. applications.  The high-level API shields programmers from the details of the
  11. bisync protocol and is 100 percent compatible across all supported platforms.
  12. Auto dial, auto answer, and extensive status and error codes make it easy to
  13. program automated and unattended sessions.  BSCLIB can control up to 8 bisync
  14. ports on a single system, using multiple single port adapters or the SmartSync
  15. coprocessor.  A variety of modems are available, including V.32, 208A/B, and
